Parking
Parking is available at Union Station for $1 and at Gallaudet University for free with a free shuttle from the University. The shuttle will run until 12:30 a.m. that evening.

Hotel
Hotel accomodations for out of town guests can be made at the Kellogg Conference Hotel for $119/night.

Tuxedo Rental Information
Tuxedos ordered through Lustre Formal Wear will be available for pick-up on December 2.

Gala at Union Station

Please join us in recognizing the service of President Robert R. Davila at a gala in his honor to be held in the East Hall of Union Station on December 5, 2009 from 7-11 p.m.

Tickets for this special event are now available. Tickets are $80 per person, $150 per couple; student tickets are $40 per person and $75 per couple.

Tickets may be purchased on campus at the Cashier's Office in the College Hall basement or at the Clerc Center in KDES 3600 (the Clerc Center location can only accept payments by cash or check).

Tickets may also be ordered by downloading a form to be filled out and returned. Tickets will be mailed no later than November 20.

Master of Ceremonies Robert Daniels will be part of a stellar program of performances and tributes to President Davila. Music will be provided by the band, Second Nature. Attire is black-tie optional. Hors d'oeuvres will be served. A dessert buffet and cash bar will also be available. The program will start at 7:30 p.m.
