SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Lindsay is a South African native who came to the United States in 1980 as a student.  He has been married for 19 years to Bronx, NY native, Pauline Heard Dunn and they have 3 children.  

Thandi, their oldest is a freshman at Morgan State University while Jamillah is a freshman at Bishop McNamara High School.  Their son, Mandla, is an 8th grader and will join his sister at McNamara.  

Mr. Dunn's research interests are diversity within the deaf world with a special interest in the dynamics of oppression and the black deaf experience within Africa and its Diasporas.
