Events Honoring President Davila

Dr. Robert R. Davila has tirelessly served Gallaudet University for the last three years since beginning his tenure in January of 2007. At that time the University was in need of a leader with vision and insight to create and maintain a standard of excellence that the world has come to expect of Gallaudet. The Gallaudet community is indebted to Dr. Davila for all the accomplishments the University has made under his leadership including this fall’s largest enrollment in several years. This is a sure sign that the University is on the right track in meeting the needs of our students and providing them the education they need for a successful future.

President Davila will leave Gallaudet at the end of 2009. In recognition of his outstanding service there will be several special events this fall in his honor.

Gala

The gala will be a fitting tribute for the Gallaudet community and its many friends and supporters to show its appreciation for all Dr. Davila has done for the University.  Please join us for for this very special evening!
